For a monetary fundraiser in which the funds are going into your club account, fill out the top box of the ASB fundraising form and turn into the treasurer's box in room 109.
For fundraisers or drives in which the funds or materials are going to a registered non-profit 501c3, you must fill out the charitable fundraising form and attach all advertising materials to the form. All ASB fundraising forms must be turned in 2 weeks prior to the event. The advertising materials must have the following statement at the bottom of the page:

Any supplies or materials bought from personal purchase used for the club can be reimbursed. In orders to qualify for reimbursement the purchase must be made by a person 18 years or older. All receipts must be itemized.
Depositing Funds
All funds must be deposited with the bookkeeper, Mrs. Poulias, on the same day in which they were received. In addition, you must also hand in a sales record.
